How long does it take?

Timelines can vary greatly from project to project due to the number of variables involved, but the average timeline from the moment you sign on with Minkler Architecture & Design to the delivery of the final Construction Drawings is roughly four-six months.

Getting an architect involved as early as possible with your project is always the best way to start. Having someone who is able to help you through the process from the beginning provides a much smoother project and can help steer the work in the direction that most benefits your budget and desires.
